Sleepy Hollow: Children of the Revolution

***This is a Blogging for Books review***

Sleepy Hollow by Keith R.A. DeCandido
Rating: 3.5 stars

At first, this book was confusing and I had no idea what was going on. It felt as if I were reading the third book in a series without having read the previous books. As the book progressed I slowly began putting the pieces together. And let me tell you, they were intriguing pieces. Once I really understood the story and the background, I was hooked and I couldn’t stop reading it. I now know that this is also a TV series. Having never seen the show, I have no reference points by which to judge the book, except the book itself. I believe DeCandido weaves a magnificent story that entices readers to the very end. I gave this book a lower rating mostly due to the slow and confusing start, but I would still recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good mystery novel.
