Doon follows two best friends, Veronica (Vee) and Mackenna (Kenna), as they journey to Alloway, Scotland for the summer. Vee and Kenna soon discover Doon, a magical kingdom that very few have found, along with the kingdom's two handsome princes, and a dark side that could ruin the whole kingdom. This book is full of mystery, intrigue, romance, and keeps you guessing until the very end. What more could you ask for? I absolutely loved this book and would recommend it in a heartbeat. The only thing I didn't like was that the story was told from the point of view of both of the girls, alternating between the two, but you get used to it eventually.
